Community Sector Banking (CSB) is Australia’s only banking service dedicated to the not-for-profit sector. Backed by Bendigo Bank, its branches proudly share profits with Australian communities. CSB commissioned WordSauce to interview five of their biggest and write up their reflections for the Year Book. Organising CEOs, Executive Directors and other board members to sit still long enough to reflect on the year that has been, had its challenges –but all five were finally cornered. Each case study needed to be no longer than 350 words – no mean feat when editing back an interview of 7000 words. Those top guns may be hard to catch, but they certainly love to talk about the great work that’s been happening!
