Centro the Glen Shopping Centre
Centro the Glen needed to entice more visitors into its shopping centre. Market research showed that locals were the ones who were using the centre most. Working alongside creative agency RBD, WordSauce established the brand positioning for Centro the Glen; that the shopping centre ‘has everything I need in one easy, convenient and comfortable place. It is reliable and familiar, just like a good friend’. Next off WordSauce formulated the tagline ‘Come to Our Place’, positioning Centro the Glen as a welcoming and friendly destination to visit. This expanded into a campaign opening the centre up to all kinds of local and family events, with the use of colloquial language reiterating the relaxed attitude and an ease of proximity equating to convenience, comfort and safety.
